Terms and Conditions - M-A Stay Apartments
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the apartment rental services provided by M-A Stay Apartments ("we," "us," or "our") to our customers ("you" or "your"). By making a reservation and utilizing our services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms. Please read this Agreement carefully.

1. Reservation and Payment:
1.1 Reservations can be made online through our website or authorized booking platforms.
1.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking.
1.3 Additional charges, such as taxes and fees, may apply and will be clearly stated during the reservation process.

2. Check-in and Check-out:
2.1 Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
2.2 Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
2.3 Valid government-issued photo identification and the credit card used for booking must be presented during check-in.

3. Occupancy and Guest Policies:
3.1 The maximum number of guests allowed is stated on our website or reservation confirmation.
3.2 Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the apartment. Visitors are subject to our approval, and additional charges may apply.
3.3 All guests must comply with our terms and conditions.

4. Apartment Usage and Care:
4.1 Use the apartment for lawful purposes and respect other guests' comfort and privacy.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and taking care of the apartment during your stay. Excessive cleaning or damages may result in additional charges.
4.3 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and common areas.

5. Cancellation and Modification:
5.1 Cancellation policies vary based on the rate and reservation details. Refer to the specific cancellation policy during the booking process.
5.2 Modification of reservations is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Liability and Indemnification:
6.1 We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or theft during your stay. You are responsible for your personal belongings and valuables.
6.2 You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of this Agreement.

7. Privacy Policy:
7.1 We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
8.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of Curacao.
8.2 Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Willemstad, Curacao.

9. Entire Agreement:
9.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and M-A Stay Apartments, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
By making a reservation and staying at M-A Stay Apartments, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
